Lifeslices with Steve Fisher

Steve Fisher's Lifeslices

Steve Fisher was a Superman Kid. This was the nickname that Bob Holiday gave to anyone and everyone who saw "It's a Bird It's a Plane It's Superman©" as a child. Steve Fisher managed to see the show twice, putting himself into quite an elite category. In late 2023, Steve stumbled across Bob's website; he reached out to webmaster Toni Collins, and the two of them talked about the Broadway play that each loved so much.

Steven Jay (Steve) Fisher is a writer, actor, director, and producer. For television, he has written more than 100 programs, including Days of Our Lives, The Young and the Restless, Shera: Princess of Power and many more. Before TV, he acted on stage and in television and film, including three separate productions of Fiddler on the Roof. He has vowed to never do the show again unless he can play Tevye. As a journalist, Steve has interviewed hundreds of celebrities and everyday people, including Oprah Winfrey, Jeff Bridges, Michael J. Fox, Henry Winkler, Carol Burnett, William Shatner, Jane Pauley, Rita Moreno and Jimmy Kimmel. He currently produces and hosts a podcast called Lifeslices with Steve Fisher, now in its fourth season.
